What to expect when you come into a class.
Please be aware that all in person sessions adhere to the most current government Covid-19 guidelines with attention to social distancing, airflow and sanitisation of equipment for your safety.
This means that things may be subject to changes as our circumstances change. Below are the current restrictions and precautions that are in place to meet current requirements to ensure the safety of all students and teachers.
-
You are asked not to come into the studio if you have returned from a trip abroad in the last 10 days or if you are feeling unwell or showing symptoms of Covid-19.
-
Please wear a face mask when you enter the studio and in all common areas of the studio however you may choose not to wear a mask when you are actually training.
-
I am requesting that you arrive at your allotted appointment time and leave promptly after your session has finished to avoid people gathering in the studio or other common areas... ideally arrive wearing the clothes you will train in rather than changing at the studio wherever possible... I appreciate this is not always possible and changing facilities are available.
-
You are required to wash or sanitise your hands upon arrival at the studio (sanitiser is provided).
-
You will also be given a clean hand towel (or you can bring your own from home) to use as a head rest or support when needed, as well and a small cloth and sanitiser spray to enable your to wipe down all equipment you use as required.
-
I would recommend students with long hair to tie your hair up or braid it to help prevent you touching your face during your class.
-
I would also like to reassure you that I take both yours and my health seriously.... I am currently triple vaxed and in addition to taking my own temperature prior to teaching I routinely do at least two lateral flow tests each week. In order to keep you as safe as possible I also wear a face mask while teaching and maintain a two meter distance from clients wherever possible. This does mean I will not be doing hands corrections unless absolutely necessary and then only with your permission.
